Đăng nhập, mở Hồ sơ → Quản lý tài khoản → Xóa tài khoản, đọc cảnh báo rồi xác nhận.
Qua email
Gửi yêu cầu tới tpminhkhoi@gmail.com nếu đã gỡ app, không đăng nhập được hoặc muốn kiểm tra dữ liệu còn lại. Cung cấp email đăng nhập và mã hồ sơ công khai nếu nhớ. Không gửi mật khẩu, token, khóa ký, bí mật thiết bị hoặc thông tin đăng nhập ngân hàng.
Xóa tài khoản loại bỏ tài khoản và dữ liệu hoạt động phụ thuộc, đồng thời thực hiện xóa media được nhận diện là của tài khoản: ảnh đại diện, ảnh bìa, ảnh xe và ảnh thành tích. Media cũ không còn tham chiếu và dữ liệu trong hệ thống riêng, gồm Tester Spin hoặc voucher/bảo mật, có thể cần kiểm tra riêng. Liên hệ tpminhkhoi@gmail.com để yêu cầu kiểm tra dữ liệu còn lại. Chúng tôi phản hồi trong bảy ngày và hoàn tất xử lý trong 30 ngày sau khi nhận đủ thông tin xác minh tài khoản; thời hạn xử lý yêu cầu này khác thời hạn lưu đơn hàng và bản sao khôi phục.
Sau khi xóa tài khoản, chúng tôi giữ bản đơn hàng tối thiểu, chỉ quản trị viên được truy cập, với giới hạn lưu trữ hoạt động là bảy ngày kể từ lúc xóa tài khoản. Bản này gồm mã đơn, mặt hàng, số tiền, trạng thái thanh toán/đơn hàng và thông tin liên hệ/địa chỉ người nhận cần để xử lý giao hàng hoặc khiếu nại; không sao chép mã tài khoản/email, ghi chú của khách hay nhật ký đơn hàng. Tác vụ dọn chạy mỗi năm phút và được đặt trước giới hạn bảy ngày; sự cố hoặc lỗi xử lý có thể làm chậm việc xóa vật lý. Bản hết hạn không được trả về khi quản trị viên tra cứu.
Dữ liệu đã xóa khỏi hệ thống hoạt động có thể còn trong bản sao khôi phục của nhà cung cấp thêm tối đa 30 ngày. Khoảng thời gian khôi phục tính theo điểm khôi phục tương ứng, không nhất thiết tính từ ngày xóa tài khoản. Vì vậy, bản đơn hàng được giữ gần bảy ngày trong hệ thống hoạt động vẫn có thể còn trong lịch sử khôi phục sau đó. Xóa tài khoản không xóa ngay mọi bản sao lưu.
Với lần chuyển thiết bị mới, bản ghi sở hữu giữ liên kết chủ hiện tại, định danh và khóa ký thiết bị, cùng trạng thái bảo hành hiện tại. Lần chuyển không tạo thêm lịch sử chủ cũ và không giữ chủ trước trong liên kết sở hữu này. Dữ liệu lịch sử sở hữu tạo trước thay đổi này chưa bị xóa. Việc chuyển thiết bị không đồng nghĩa mọi hoạt động tài khoản khác hoặc bản sao khôi phục đều bị xóa.
Account deletion
Sign in and open Profile → Account management → Delete account, then confirm. If you cannot access the app or want remaining data reviewed, email tpminhkhoi@gmail.com with your sign-in email and public profile code if known. Never send passwords, tokens, signing keys, device secrets or bank credentials.
Account deletion removes the account and dependent active records and attempts to remove recognized account-owned avatar, cover, vehicle and achievement media. Old unreferenced media and records in separate systems, including Tester Spin or voucher/security records, may require individual review. Contact tpminhkhoi@gmail.com to request review of remaining data. We respond within seven days and complete processing within 30 days after receiving enough information to verify the account; this request-handling period is separate from the order and backup retention periods.
After account deletion, we keep a minimal order record, accessible only to administrators, with an active-storage retention limit of seven days from account deletion. It contains the order reference, items, amounts, payment/order status and recipient contact/address details needed to resolve fulfillment or disputes. It excludes the account/email identifier, customer notes and order-history logs. Expiry cleanup runs every five minutes and is scheduled before the seven-day limit; outages or processing failures can delay physical removal. Expired records are excluded from administrator retrieval.
Data removed from active storage may remain in provider recovery copies for up to a further 30 days. This recovery period runs from the applicable restore point, not necessarily from account deletion. A record kept for nearly seven days in active storage may therefore remain in recovery history afterward. Account deletion does not immediately erase every backup copy.
For new device transfers, the device ownership record retains the current owner link, device identity and signing keys, and current warranty state. The transfer no longer creates previous-owner history or retains the previous owner in that ownership link. Historical ownership records created before this change have not been removed. This does not mean all unrelated account activity or provider recovery copies are erased by a transfer.
